Sinfonia Varsovia to tour Japan
Poland’s leading symphony orchestra, Sinfonia Varsovia, is on a three-week tour of Japan. It comprises concerts in nine cities, including Tokyo.
The concert, in the city’s prestigious Suntory Hall, featured an all-Chopin programme, consisting of both Piano Concertos (with Japan’s Michie Koyama as soloist) and the Grand Polonaise in E flat major. The orchestra is conducted by Jacek Kaspszyk.
